Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returned items must be in saleable condition (unopened and undamaged).

A $9.99 processing fee applies to each return to help cover handling and shipping costs. This fee will be waived if you choose to exchange your item or place a new order with us.

For hygiene reasons, opened treats, chews, or grooming items cannot be returned.
